Welcome to Dyslexia-plus.
Monica Gribben is a dyslexia specialist based in the West End of Edinburgh.
As a Dyslexia Consultant, her main aim is in helping dyslexic individuals
believe in their ability to manage and achieve their goals.
She works with children and young people in compulsory education, students
in further and higher education, and individuals in the workplace. While
her speciality is dyslexia, she offers support to those with other specific
learning difficulties – dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, attention-deficit
hyperactivity disorder and attention deficit disorder.
Her
work includes assessment, study support, and general consultation. Monica
offers diagnostic and support needs assessment, basic literacy and numeracy
skills, English language skills, study skills, and proof reading. She
also offers general advice to individuals, families and organisations,
as well as dyslexia awareness seminars and workshops.
